Weinberg Campus near Amherst, NY is seeking a Registered Nurse: RN Manager for a Long Term Care Unit within the Rosa Coplon Living Center, a 180-bed Skilled Nursing Facility.

What will I do as an RN Manager with Weinberg Campus?

• Develop a productive Long Term Care Unit by providing leadership for a multidisciplinary team focused on resident centered care
• Create innovative strategies to provide high quality care to our residents and family members
• Establish and lead a customer-oriented team to better serve our long term care residents
• Join a supportive and progressive Nursing Leadership Team

What do I need to be successful in this role?

• NYS RN License
• Commitment to clinical excellence and resident-focused, superior customer service
• Requires recent progressive nursing experience
• Prefer experience in long term care setting
