FOOD SERVICE ASSISTANT

As a crucial part of the campus's operations, our Dietary Department relies on its Assistants to provide quality meals and excellent service to the residents and the Weinberg community.

DEPARTMENT: Dietary | Menorah Campus

STATUS: Full Time

SHIFT: Day shift

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Serve food and beverage to residents in proper portions.
• Maintain sanitation standards in the preparation area, serving area and dish room.
• Prepare basic food items according to company production records.
• Follow principles of sanitation and safety in handling food, equipment and clean up.
• Maintain work area, equipment and kitchens in a clean and presentable manner.

ATTRIBUTES OF SUCCESSFUL FSA'S:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Will accept applications from students, at least 17 years of age, currently enrolled in high school
